About Course

This brief lesson will review how we organize medical information and generally discuss how we use elements of the history, physical exam, labs and imaging to synthesize into an assessment of our patient and formulate a plan.

This information will be expanded upon in future courses and is a requirement to participate in Virtual Rounds.

Understand the importance of OPQRST as a history taking framework (acknowledging its limitations). General overview of the Review of Systems. Types of objective information.
